#MondayMotivation This is my Achilles heel. Motivation. Some days I'm rearing to go... most of the time I am dragggggging. I think part of my issue is accountability... hence, me doing these tiny blog posts. I am keeping up with 80 - 92 oz of water a day. Hopefully, start flushing the yuck out of my system and letting me get more motivated each day. It's a start... what motivates you each day? How do you get/stay motivated? Til later and Blessed Be!
